This is my block - Kouign Amann.
Why is it named Kouign Amann? Well, it looks kind of "crown" like and it reminded me of Polly's and my favorite treat when we are in New York City - the Kouign Amann pastries from Dominique Ansel Bakery.
Whenever we are in the city we try to stop by the bakery for Kouign Ammans and coffee before we start our day.Before we get to the link for the directions to Kouign Amann........ I have some things to show you. Isabella fabric is being shown to shop owners right NOW and here are the quilts - which you can pre-order right now.
