Belle Isle

I know... I know........  Roselyn JUST got here, but I'd like to give you a peak of the next collection - which the sales team has been showing to shop owners for a couple of weeks now.   It is Belle Isle!

Belle Isle is Red, White and Blue, Summer, Americana, all things Minick and Simpson! It's been great fun making things with it.

This is Regent Street! I used Diary Of A Quilter's pattern and made mine bigger. Guess what? Amy Smart (Diary of A Quilter) re-wrote the pattern to accomodate my LARGE Union Jack blocks. This pattern will be in the Etsy shop next week.  I loved making this so much - I made 2 of them. This one using Belle Isle and another using red, white and blue scraps.  It goes together so easy thanks to Amy's pattern and you will have a king size quilt after making 12 blocks.

This is Galway - an Ohio Star quilt that is a reproduction of an antique quilt I saw and it used big, outrageous prints in the alternate blocks.

Donwell Abbey is a 4-patch/9-patch variation and has measurements for 3 sizes.  This is the twin size. It is Honeybun™friendly.

This is Grand Union. Grand Union. It is a fast, easy quilt and has the size requirements for a Quilt of Valor quilt if you choose to make one.

Last, but not least is Cherry Wreath.  Cherry Wreath is a new fave! It presses all my Minick and Simpson buttons - Red, white and blue; applique and piecing, and cherries!! I took this picture this morning and it will get basted shortly. I will be hand quilting Cherry Wreath. It is a very doable - 52" x 52".

Cherry Wreath, Regent Street, and Grand Union will be kits in the Etsy shop. I will be putting them up asap and I'm taking pre-orders on them so I can be sure to order enough fabric.  Belle Isle fabric ships to quilt shops in August 2021. Thank you for looking!
