Hope you are enjoying the fall weather (or spring for those of you in the southern hemisphere). I am sipping hot drinks and wearing sweaters. It's glorious. Bill and I are having our annual battle (eh, ......discussion) about temperature in the house. He's walking around with ALL of his clothes on and grumbling. He would like the furnace turned on. I am happy with the cool temps and all I have to decide is on what sweater I will wear today. And there are always quilts to layer with. Lots of quilts. Layering is much more fun than central heating.

Ha! I'm certain this (ahem) discussion is happening all across the hemisphere as fall makes its presence known! I dress for fall; my husband dresses for January. Nighttime is the worst, but because he retires earlier than I do, the thermostat is MINE!
I love the blocks and the comments. My husband has the windows open and the fans on so the house can 'cool down' to outside which at night is 45 degrees. I just wear sweaters or layers and layer more quilts on the bed. Still, he is good to cuddle up with.
So glad to read that hubby & I are not alone in this "discussion". I totally agree -- sweaters & quilts are such a better choice over turning on the furnace (at least this early in the cold season)!
