Excuses

It's not that we've been neglectful on purpose.....it's just that not much has been going on except for stitching on top secret projects.
We're packing kits and such for Mackinac Island and designing things for American Banner Rose.
In the midst of all this, Polly and I have found Pinterest. Do you Pin? For people like us who like visual treats..... it's quite the place and like everyone else..... we have found it to take up large portions of the day.

While stitching, there has been this on the tv
And this...
This sports watching has been very productive for handwork, I must say. So, back to work I go. Have a wonderful holiday.

Oh no, you are telling me there is another way to spend time on the internet that I haven't experienced yet! I must get a Pinterest account.

I wanted to let you know that I received my Jelly roll and already have plans for it;) I am going to make two smaller quilts, one will definitely be an americana one.

I hope both of you have a wonderful Easter with your families.

Oh yes, I love Pinterest! I use it as my inspiration board - but wish I had some of that time back!

Well, I read this before - the 23rd was actually my birthday!! I tried to join Pinterest, but they said they would get back to me - how do you join exactly? I love looking around, and would like to pin a few things -

Yes, both Polly and I had to wait for a couple of weeks until the invitation came. Once invited, you will be pinning in no time.

I checked out Pinterest! I could sit here for hours. Joining is on my "to do" list. I can't believe that Moda sent me a thank you and a sample pack. How awesome. Hope to find some updates on the Just One Star project. It would be fun to see some of the completed quilts.
