I had a jam packed day yesterday and today, for that matter. After unpacking the car of 6 suitcases of quilts, I get to repack an overnight bag because at 7:48 tomorrow morning, myself and several Minicks will be going here.
Polly, myself, and 2 of her granddaughters are going to Chicago on the train. The train is a great way to get to, and to get around in Chicago. It will be a short, fun filled trip. Shopping, dining and especially this.
An all girls weekend in the Windy City. We are making sure to have sweaters, hats, scarves, and lip balm.We'll be back to our regular scheduled programming of quilts and rugs next week. Bye!

Oh YAY!!! You're coming to Chicago!!!! Sorry it's so chilly ;) You will LOVE Wicked - it's so incredible!! We (like 15 of us)rented a limo-bus to take us there - it was so fun. Hope you all have a wonderful time while you are here.

You'll love Wicked! I've seen it hmm...4 times now, once in Chicago, the theatre is so lovely, twice in LA in its original run here and once in KC. Its a wonderful show for young women, the 2 leads are woman! And the music wonderful. You'll have a grand time!

oh wicked is a great show. I even enjoyed it in pain. I fell and broke both elbows walking from the car to the theater. LOL
Oooh! I think Colin Firth is so sexy. Bridget Jones Diary (the first one) is my favorite!!
OH your all going to love seeing Wicked! It was awesome my DD's were in awe! we saw it a few years ago in Boston.

On your recomendation, hubs and I went to see The King's Speech yesterday. What a wonderful movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
