Adios Houston! It was grand. We try to fulfill all of your wishes, people - so here they are!!!!
At the top we have the much talked about pillowcase from Blackbird Designs. You will also notice the award. Polly has one in the works - but in blue, of course. Next is Lynn and her Kansas Troubles booth. She had lots of visitors who sat and chatted. Cozy! Following that is our neighbors - the "Hippest Women From Iowa" - the Joined at the Hip ladies. Last, but not least - you asked for a picture of Lynette Anderson and I obliged. You're Welcome. We furnished up our adventure with dinner and a nice chat with Joanna of Fig Tree fame. The other Moda designers have become our friends and we are grateful to meet up and catch up every couple of months. So long for now ladies and have a safe trip home. Laurie

Oh it all looks like a fabulous time! Some day.... Until then, thanks for the market reports! Can't wait to get all the new fabrics! :o)
Oh, so sad that it's over! Thanks for all of your posts and sharing~ I appreciated you taking the time to let all of us feel like we were there! Rest up! Bet it's hard to rest though, with all of those ideas spinning around in your heads! You both did such a great job on your booth, I loved it all! You guys are awesome! Take care! Debbie
Thank you for all the photos and reports, allowing us a taste of Houston here at our computers - and whetting our appetites for the new fabrics and patterns! I hope Polly will share her pillowcase with us when she is done! Have a safe trip home!

PS Did you happen to eat at Josephine's? I love their food.....
I think you guys totally rock. I had a complete blast hanging out with you. Can't wait to see you in spring. Remember to get those extra chairs. You totally made my day today. Xopkm

No, we didn't eat at Josephine's. Barb and Mary of "Me and My Sister" go every year and we have never been able to make it. It is on our "to-do" list.

Glad you both are home safe and sound and had such a great time, love the pics, so many beautiful quilts.
Enjoyed reading all of your market posts, and your wonderful photos. I'm especially envious you got to hang out with PKM!!
Well, you inspired me to get the book to make my own pillow!! Mine will be in rusty red, my favorite color. Your quilt site looks great, with the farm quilt, love it and the fabric as well. It will be hard to wait for it to make it to the shops!!!
I'm so glad to see that you included pics of your wonderful booth--since I didn't think to ask in advance for them. Because I would have asked. Because it was completely fabulous.
It'll be great to see you in spring--please don't forget those extra chairs.
Thank you for sharing Market with us...but all the photos on all the blogs have been making me crazy! Can you possibly give a hint as to what book we can look for with the cross stitch pillow from Blackbird? I have been all over the internet trying to find it...they don't even have it on their site...and if a shop doesn't post photos of that project, I may NEVER find out!!!
I am doing a Thangles BOM with American Primer at my LQS. HOW gorgeous it will be! LOVE the line...can't wait to buy your new one!
Kathy
I believe all the projects in their booth were made of the new fabric - or were projects in their new book - "When The Cold Wind Blows". I believe it will be in quilt shops soon. Thanks
Laurie
Thank you SOOO much for the info! I will look for it in my local shops.
I will also be looking forward to your new line coming out. I have been working with the darker country colors for so long, that I have really enjoyed working with the colors in your lines. Still country, but not that muddy look... a fresh, clean feeling.
hmmm.."Tailored Country"???
Thanks again!
