A big box of goodies was shipped off to Kansas City Star for our book that will be at Fall Quilt Market. The projects are all done, but I still need to do a bit of writing. All reports from Texas are Tyler the puppy is doing well.

Ellen's Sewing Basket..wasn't that in Barbara Brackman's book? I remember seeing a photo of it there. The quilthas a lot of trapunto stuffing in the "empty" blocks, right? It's beautiful.
i got my Navajo pattern and the cute miniature charm packet as well. Can't wait to make this quilt as it will be a reminder and a tribute to my wonderful second grade teacher. She was a Navaho Indian, and she loved seeing my hair in braids like she wore when she was a girl.
