Book Review and a Prize

If you've been following along, we did a book review yesterday of Summer At The Lake Quilts by Maw Bell Designs. We sent you over to their blog where they were having a give-away of their book. Being the nice ladies that they are - they are returning the favor. On Sunday December 11 they will post a book review of Victory Girls.
Go over to their blog and read the review and then come back here and comment below for the prize. Comment before Midnight Tuesday December 13th and you could win a copy of Victory Girls, or the kit shown above. That Christmassy looking kit makes this.... our quilt featured in the current American Patchwork & Quilting - Center Stage.
Read more about the kit here. Thanks everyone!

Lovely new book...I am somewhat partial to a good red/white/blue quilt and own several antique ones...this book could be the start of more! And this comment is coming from an Aussie who should love her own colours (but, sadly, green and gold is not a common colour combo in antique quilts)

I have loved the red, white, and blue color scheme for a long but my favorite part is that it is a patriotic book. I think we often forget to appreciate those who serve us all by serving our country. Thanks for reminding us of them.
